KPS, being part of Komatsu family also follows the same ideology to give back to the society and environment in any possible way to enact positive change. We do understand the importance of society and environment in our lives. We are committed to create a positive social impact in society by protecting the environment through our initiatives and contributing to the well-being of the humanity. Our CSR programs are an ongoing initiative through which we seek to play an active role for the betterment of the society and environment to make it a better place to live.

Collaborating with esteemed partners like Read Foundation, our recent joint effort focuses on establishing classrooms set-ups for their Bharakahu-based school.
  
  In our commitment to transparency and engagement, the management of KPS visited the school, gaining insights into its operations and sharing moments with the vibrant students. Our emphasis on education underscores our dedication to shaping the future of Pakistan by investing in the younger generation. • Jun 09, 2023Scholarship Program for Orphans Phase-II

  In 2022, KPS partnered with the Read Foundation to establish Scholarship Programs for Orphans. This year, we have once again awarded scholarships to orphaned individuals, enabling them to pursue higher education. The scholarship program, initiated last year, will continue until the students successfully obtain their degrees. Due to limited financial resources, numerous talented orphaned students encounter difficulties in funding their education. As part of our initiative, we are actively supporting these students in their pursuit of studies in the domains of Medicine, Engineering, and Information Technology.
  
  Moreover, our CSR team had the opportunity to explore a school affiliated with the Read Foundation, where we were graciously welcomed by both the students and faculty. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to engage in a constructive dialogue with the Read Foundation team, as we collaboratively discussed prospective future requirements and ways to improve educational endeavors and upgrade the school's facilities.

• Sep 21, 2022Donations for Flood Relief Activities

  In August 2022, Pakistan was hit by a massive flood rushing downstream from Himalayas to the far oceanic end of Pakistan in Karachi. The merciless flood has left many homeless and a lot many others without even basic necessities to survive. Komatsu Pakistan Soft and its members fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility , also stepped ahead to add its share of contribution and helped 300+ families.

  Taking a step further and continuing our efforts for social contribution, we supported Sundas Foundation again this year in providing medical care & diagnostic facilities by donating blood screening kits and blood bags.   With a mission to give bright and secure future to orphans, KPS is delighted to join hands with Read Foundation and sponsor students for higher education. We are granting scholarships for orphans having excellent academic record but due to the lack of resources they cannot continue their studies.   In line with the true spirit of caring, we seek to contribute to society. As another step towards social contribution, we supported Sundas Foundation by donating supplies including blood screening kits and blood bags.
